Payment is expected to be paid in 3 days. 4] After we confirmed with your payment, we will mail your items out within 3 working days Local Postage Basic postage price: All items will be sent as non-standard mail. All postage includes handling fees. We are not responsible for any lost mails for non-registered ones. i] $0.80 - small, very light accessories ii] $1 - normal small items, most postage price starts from here iii] $1.50 - light clothings iv] $2 - heavier clothings to medium size items v] $3.50 - dresses, jumpers, one-piece, etc vi] $5 - winter clothings, shoes + box Special postage price:(Registered) We recommend Registered as mails can be tracked. To register, costs $2.24 more. Meet-up 1] NO meet-ups for every items, unless stated. 2] Meet-up only for purchase more than $50. Before meet-up, arrangement need to be done first thru SMS contact. 3] Areas for meet-up can be at, Punggol MRT,LRT & Seng Kang MRT. Other places can be arranged at both buyer & seller's convenience. 4] Transport fee will be charged if meetup at non-convenience place, fees start from $2 onwards. Reservation 1] Min. 25% deposit is needed for reservation of items for 1 month. 2] Min. 50% deposit is needed for reservation of items for 2 months. 3] You need to give an approximate date of when you are paying full amount. |

- Do not pay on time and keep delaying the date of payment - Reserved/ordered items & back out at last minute - Ordered items but could not pay at all for whatever reasons - Reserve but don't want to pay 20% deposit - Do not follow our procedures - Basically, one who do not keep their promises. |
| Refund & Exchange Policy |

- We strictly do not refund or exchange any items after it is purchased. - We do not refund or exchange if items sent out by normal mail (non-registered) is broken due to harsh handling by the post office crews - We recommend all buyers to check item first before paying during meetups. - We recommend all buyers to check item on the day of receiving, if any faults kindly take a picture and send it to use before you try the product. - We will only be responsible for items that have manufacturing faults. |
