We are not responsible and does not do refund if size is chosen wrongly, so please choose carefully before purchasing. ^_^
All prices include shipping. All prices are final, no discount, no refund but delivery guaranteed.
Accumulation Lot Explanation
Every month we hold at least 1 accumulation lot, we collect orders within a period of time with a minimum number of orders to be hit in order to get the ordered items shipped in.
There isn't any due date, the lot can start anytime, end anytime. (To estimate, usually it takes about 1 month to accumulate a lot)
The opening and closing of lots are usually updated in our Yahoo Group/R-Series Q&A Thread.
Reservation Explanation
Products under reservation are build-to-order, which required minimum of 10-20 orders in total before manufacturing starts.
Reservation products has a specific due date or might not have, depending on situation.
Buyers for such products will need to wait for longer time, usually 2 months or longer, you will be informed of the process during that waiting period.
However such products are usually limited, only less than 50 pieces sold worldwide.
How to order
1. Email mi at nekoworks@miwitch.com using the Order template below and ask for availability first.
2. Your name and your items will be in pending list and payment invoice will be sent to you.
3. Once payment made, your orders will be confirmed.
4. We will wait till the lot ends and paid orders will be processed all at once.
5. Making, sorting, packing process will take about 2-3 weeks depending on orders.
6. During the waiting period, lot progress will be notified to all buyers via the updated Q&A Thread (Any major details, we will update via email)
7. Shipping takes 7-12 working days to Singapore
8. Please give our estimated parcel arrival date an allowance of 1-2 weeks time as we cannot garantee that the shipment will always be in time. (We apologise for the inconvenience caused)
Overseas buyers
1. We ship worldwide, as long as where the postman could reach. ^_^
2. Payment preferably by Paypal. (Western Union, International Cheque, Telegraphic Transfer can also be done)
3. There would be 4% chargable ontop of overall sum if payment made by PayPal (charged by PP)
4. Shipment choice are Airmail (usually 10-14 working days, include tracking) and EMS (usually 2-4 days)
5. Upon ordering, you need to fill in the order template fully in order for us to quote you the shipping fees to your address

Collection
1. We arrange meetups within Singapore for all local buyers at our arranged time, date and location when your items arrived
2. We do not send clothes to buyers' address unless buyers pay additional local postage fees (normal/registered)
3. Overseas buyers will receive their item only via shipment (Airmail/EMS)
4. Upon collection, please check your item carefully and feedback if there is any fault to it. We will try our best to solve any problems on the spot
5. Overseas buyers upon collection of your clothes, please check and try on before washing to ensure there isn't any manufacturing fault.
(Clothes that are washed and ruined by machines or other factors, we are sorry that we will not be responsible for it)
Washing recommendations
1. We recommend dry clean for most of the clothings, especially for fabrics with red dye
2. For fabrics that are easy to handle (eg.cotton), handwash it for the 1st 2 or 3 times after wearing.
3. Use rinsing method to drain off excess colours from fabrics.
4. Do not wash it with other clothes, this is to prevent colour runs to other fabrics.
5. Clothes with lots of laces, ribbons & straps, please handle them with care.
6. Always put your clothings into mesh bag if you want to machine wash them.
7. Please ask laundry personnel for care of winter clothings.
